The rule regarding level requirement has been modified: you cannot request Magnificent Cotton/Phase if they are of a level greater to yours, under any circumstances. Likewise, we will salvage any donated Magnificent Cotton/Phase, regardless of their level, if they don't have all their 3 PABs or if they have a "wrong" suffix.
This is a measure needed to limit potential abuses to the maximum (potential players requesting those for the solde purpose of salvaging), and make sure that these are requested to be used to play as mage.

Side note: we have performed a check on all the stricken equipments since the beginning of the year. No abusive player has been spotted, but there are 1-2 who are a bit too careless and discarded their items rather quickly.
Please do make sure not to request stuff uselessly, thanks.
