2. returning an item resets the cooldown for that kind of item: let's say you asked for a leg, you have to return that leg to request another. if you return an exq, there's no way we let you have another leg (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

as for your cooldown, nothing. as for us, we'd re-gain that gear and we'd be able to send it to another user who may need it.
