2. returning an item resets the cooldown for that kind of item: let's say you asked for a leg, you have to return that leg to request another. if you return an exq, there's no way we let you have another leg (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

2.- Returning stuffs resets cooldowns (if there's still any) and you can ask another with the same quality, okay.
So... if I don't have any cooldown in effect like I (possibly?) am right now, what difference does it make?
