No, they're not worth soulfusing. Soulfusing is an expensive process and you'll have access to higher quaity equipment soon enough. I'd advise to send these equips back when you can use better ones.

It is generally advised to low level players to use either a 1H weapon + a shield, or a 2H weapon, and equip Leather armor. We can't say more than that, since we have to keep a neutral stance, sorry.
