We haven't sent you anything recently. If you're talking about another player, then I'm afraid it's a matter only between you and him. Unless there is a case of theft, in which case you should get in touch with the moderation team.

You may also request an equipment that you will use in the future once you've leveled up.

But frankly, even though we do accept all Magnificent, some would really deserve being Bazaar'ed.
