As far as I understand the rules, it is perfectly OK to request materials and equipment on the same day in the same requests.

I have honored this type of request several times.
(I did not see a piece of equipment in your post though...)

I also assume you kept your material requests to 10 items purposely to assure it fit in one Moogle Mail.
You don't have to do that, for I've also sent multiple moogle mails to honor the requests of one post.
As long as the rules of repetition (X allowed per day/week/etc) rules are followed, I'll send out the request.

As a disclaimer though...
I am one of the two operators (This is RoadShoe), and I do not modify the rules or purposely not follow the rules.
If one of the supervisors (Listed in Signature) come behind me and say differently, I will stand corrected, and follow what they tell me.

Right now though... what you are requesting is completely within the rules as I understand them.
