there was an exchange in rules since we debated with all those PMs: we weren't able to agree on how much the residual cooldown should have been, so the most accepted opinion was that returning an item completely wipes cds...

sometimes staff members may be wrong too, but it remains that power helmet isn't ours anymore, so 1452478858 can request another item if he wants.

as for actual rules, returning an item equals the fact to have not asked anything, so asking for a second mag (or even a leg) is allowed in this case (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

(as AA was really pissed about how clear are the rules and still ppl didnt understand them, im gonna be pretty exagerate with the explanation of this doubt... you know for the PPL WHO DONT UNDERSTAND CLEAR RULES).

First - That is the wrong way of requesting items. you need to have the entire line copy and pasted with the numbers in front like this
