This item is no longer owned by the FreeShop as it was already sent out to another user. PLease check "Current Owner" after clicking the equipment link is still "FreeShop" before requesting. We ask that exquisite items are returned if they're not used anymore but don't often enforce this unless we suspect there is foul play going on. We do ask that you adopt the "Pay it forward" mentality and once you are sufficiently progressed in the game give back to the freeshop whatever items you can to help more new players in the future.

I have a question regarding exchanges as I read the (updated) rules and it doesn't mention anything for Superior/Exquisite Items (that is, unless exchanges are counted as a new request post) :

If I request an Exquisite ITEM1 and I later want to exchange it for an Exquisite ITEM2, am I able to do so as long as I return ITEM1 or would I have to make a new request after 2 days have passed? As it stands your current policy only mentions Mag/Legend (§5.5)

I ask because I am a relatively new player to the game (ignoring my forum join date haha) and I am still trying out different builds and playstyles.

if you return it your cooldown drop to zero, but as busy as e are the second part will need to be apply too (we are busy so we dont know if we can do it on time.. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) )
