In the last part you have a bunch of items of level 451+, there's a 100 level upper limit on soulfusing items.
Am I missing something or this makes no sense to put them in 200-350 level section?

Well... if you think is not good, then i guess we can remove those... it is not like they are FREE or anything, and look like you just are the collective voice of everyone over level 200... SO, no more free stuff after level 200.

I saw items, then I look at the rules and see that I won't be able to request those items when I can use them.

And what's with the tone? I didn't tell you what to do, you could make 350+ section, you could add "ignore the <350 range in last section" to the rules or set level range to be player level +-100 for everything that has assigned level, but instead you decided to pour a bunch of sarcasm on me.
