now it's correct. however:

Rules:

• Last updated on 9th April 2014 (introduced Potion Packs)
• Request Limits: Requests can be made at most every 2 days. You must wait a 2 day "cooldown" (or waiting period) before requesting more Superiors/Exquisites.
  You may request a maximum of three Superior/Exquisite/Potion Packs or one Magnificent/Legendary item at a time. Some Superiors or Exquisites have additional limits outlined below due their rarity, but it's fully explained in the list below:
  • Exquisite or Superior: Maximum total of 3 per 2 days with the following restrictions:
    • Power - 1 per 2 days

This kind of requesting behaviour goes totally in the face of what one would expect from an honest player looking for real help from the shop. It leads me to think the gear is going to be either resold or passed on to alternate account(s) eventually. Probably more likely to be the former than the latter though.

i was watching over him for quite a few time, and maybe i should say this earlier than now...
however i totally agree, and actually is one of the many possibilities i thought about: not to say that in this case he surely will be banned from this shop and maybe inquired about his activities. though in another case he may still save himself, so i want to listen to his explanations: this is also a given, since we are in democracy here (but sure not idiots (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ); if some other staff member doesn't agree, please PM me.
