I was level 99 at the time of posting this. Can you really fault me for grinding my self past the cap while waiting?

In any case, do I not qualify as a poor noob either way? I started playing HV like a week ago.

I'm still wearing god-awful 40+ below level superior gear and the bazaar has nothing but average gear and below and lvl300-500 superior+ gear. (and thus unable to even be soul-fused)

I'm tired of getting defeated by crit attacks that do 1200 damage (bit less than half my HP, but at the time was like 3/5 of my HP) to me because I don't have up-to-date gear.

Yes I realize I can soulfuse the superior gear, but it feels wrong to do that when I know that I could have used it on a legendary equipment instead.

I've been pretty much following

so its not my allocated stats(probably).

Yes!
Thanks that one chest plate would give me an extra 5% phys and magical mitigation along with the plethora of attributes and specific phys mitigation (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
