Because Soulfuse, which is possible for items that are up to 100 levels above you. To do so, you will need Soul Fragments which drop from REs.

Well, here in FS , we try to help members in any level... how ever if you find this annoying and dont want free stuff like these ones (that i was going to donate to the free <301 section)

I am very sorry. I have not come across the section in the wiki that explained that detail about soulfuse. I was not well informed and I appologise if I caused trouble because of this.
