I created a spreadsheet in Google Drive that keeps track on your height, weight, measurement (chest, waist, hips) and even the BMI value (which it'll add automatically when you write in your height and weight).

Just mark all the cells, hit copy and create your own spreadsheet inside Google Drive and hit paste, and you should be able to edit the data inside.

2 versions available, one using the metric system (Europeans etc.) and the other one using the imperial system (USA):

Metric: [docs.google.com] https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key...NkhpRnNfODQwcHc

Imperial: [docs.google.com] https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key...aFhJdEs1T3dWd1E

If you guys notice any errors (or just find this useful) please tell me about it. I'd love some feedback. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I think 'Length' should be titled 'Height'

Well, it's official. I'm overweight, if only just barely.

I use a water immersion machine thingy called a Bod Pod. It seems that I have 17% body fat. BRB going bulimic. Also, your form doesn't seem to work on my version of Firefox (Ver 27.0)

Don't worry, BMI is bullshit.
If it says you're overweight then you're actually healthy.

Yeah I know BMI isn't perfect (things like different bone mass, muscles, % water etc. also affects your weight), that's why I included measurement of the chest, waist and hips areas too. The goal is to get these numbers close to each-other as possible (to see if you have a straight figure or not).

Can't get it to work, probably messed up somewhere. Filled everything it but it won't calculate. I don't trust those indexes anyway. If you feel fat then you're fat I guess. Just make sure you get at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday for your heart. If anybody tells you not to do cardio he's evil simple as that. And eat whole grain and natural fat, don't eat processed grain and sweets and trans fat.

Screenshot?

Try to write at least 2 dates to make the lines show up on the diagram.

Also take a look on the "Example" tab down below to see how it should look like if the values are written in.

It finally worked on my end. I was able to save the form. The problem seems to have resolved itself. Weird.

Well, as far as reaching the right target audience goes, you've pretty much hit the nail on the head by posting a BMI tracking tool on this forum.

(Fun fact: I am actually slightly underweight. :[)

I've used one of these in the past and it was quite useful and informative in terms of tracking eating habits versus weight gain over increments of time. My BMI always seemed to hover in the range of 18.3-18.7 and exhibited a sine wave during each quarter of college.
