Those are 1-pixel wide translucent pink lines, so:
1. Color pick from the area in the middle with the whitest background.
2. Draw a 1 pixel wide line, copy-paste the line and space the lines out properly (9 pixels), until you have covered the desired area.
3. Adjust transparency.
4. Adjust color. (This probably means you have to darken the color because reducing transparency makes the color lighter.)

Hello there! I just want some guidance on these 2 sfxes I was doing here. Initially I use stamp clone tool, but I couldn't find any pattern suitable for the part, plus the line sketches is another problem. I'd be appreciate if anyone could help me, thank you for reading!

This work for you? I had to do some guess work on the neck and bubble, but then did some touching up with the clone stamp and some extra detailing work to make it look more natural. Feel free to do any extra touching up afterwards.

Tysm for the help! You missed a part of the fur in the lower area, but I can do a little fix just fine. Thank you again for your time!
