That worked, thanks, and it really faster than with Tampermonkey. If someone need it here is edited script (hp set to 35%):
 HV_HealthAlert.2.1.user.zip ( 606bytes ) Number of downloads: 63

This one worked realy good for me, but there is no need for health alert (i just stop using it at all because it is more comfortable for me now without health alert), i just need it to alert when there is no Regen buff in the same way as it alerts about low hp.
