Well I'm still thinking on a few ways I can do it..
I'm liking the Dice Ideal I have.
There is 14 tickets well I just so happen to have a D14 Dice (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
As well as a D8 dice half of 14 is 7 I will roll the dice 7 times.
If it lands on the same person more than one time I will re-roll.
It will come down to the D8 Dice to pick the winner.
If the dice lands on 8 re-roll.
I will go by the amount of winners there is going to be.
If one winner one roll, two winners two rolls and so on.
It will be 100% fair and random.

However since piyin is not on I will just think he is going to pick one winner so I roll it one time. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Yes... sadly there was something i didnt consider... ppl changing names... i know you changed yours... but the one making the post was "Mikey_Mike" not "TygerTyger"... so... after considering it... i found that ppl could use this (as the cap level to partcipate doesnt exist) to cheat at some extend, i was going to put that in the rules... but sadly RL strike and i didnt have the time to do that... Sorry.
