Hmmm, only thing about stamina change that I think needs to be adjusted is 50% stamina usage on arenas

I don't know what you meant by that. 1H PF TTTT is cake. Just have to keep Silence on the gods then SS Bash -> Vital on everything. Merciful Blow when HP < 25%. May take a bit long, but that's it.

What is the stamina consumption of IW? Is it still the same as Grindfest's?

Nope ragnarok was T4 and banish T3 but breached defense gave much more damage on high mitigation monsters than now.

Meh, at least something that will further contain boots and low difficulty fests, but will hit some of the legit guys, and those who do thousands of rounds.

Does anyone feel HV is a little bit slower?

I don't do any downloads and usually I can just press button and no lagging.

But today, I come home from work and play HV there is a slight delay, and it is bugging me for long arena (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)
