Of course they could get worse. If quality ranges required goes higher but there isn't a corresponding boost to the trophy, it now has less chance of getting AWESOME gear. Then again it could go the other way like this patch making those pieces of gear more common and easier to get.

Well, at least it's deflection. If you're going to get a non-protection suffix for leather, that's the ideal one, balancing out leather's weak mitigation. It's not -that- bad... usable, yes. Great, no.
