i'm a korean user. i used this site for several years.

some might know, the korean gov censors web sites. if you go to censored site, you may see warning.or.kr.

korean gov censored e-hentai gallery. it censored many other sites before, but today the fucking gov censored here!. it was like the last precious site, but it dead.

i can use e-hentai gallery by using proxy, but it's too slow. and the worst thing is that e-henatai bans the uploader who uploads something by proxy.

how the translators upload their translations...

Have you tried using [developers.google.com] Google's public DNS?

I'm not sure if it can be used to bypass government's censorship..

thanks for helping, however i use another proxy. but what i really worry is other users, and the translators. they can't upload translations via proxy server cause e-hentai will ban them.

My suggestion was not a proxy server... "When you use Google Public DNS, you are changing your DNS "switchboard" operator from your ISP to Google Public DNS."

If it does indeed works, e-hentai won't ban them.

changing dns dosn't work. using proxy is the only way. sadly korea's isps are working with gov, too.

Tor is problematic with the galleries, many exit nodes are banned.

This thread may be helpful. It's about china and facebook instead of korea and ehentai but the techniques to get through are the same in both cases.

It is not exactly the end of everything for the Korean community in this site, as some Korean uploaders in 'overseas countries' (like Japan) will likely stay active. I have no idea about the downloading issue though. Expect more futile attempts with 'some random Chrome plugins'.
