A mod chat good for discussing members, whether they are upsetting or not. Formally, it would be to take notes of users behaviors or explain warnings/kicks/bans they have given to someone. It would also be an area to discuss changes to the server, or changes in the ranks of a member.
Informally, It can be a place to say things that they wouldn't be allowed to say in other places of the server.
Generally, being a mod of a server means being friends with all of the staff, so conversations are sometimes welcome. Mentioning how someone is an idiot leaves a window for another person with a different perspective to apply their input, which may sway an opinion. Sometimes I watch people role play in it.
Everyone is an asshole in mod chat. I guess everyone is a sjw commie trannie.
