I'll tell you an example of an anti-vaxxer conversation, imagine an anti-vaxxer runs a dry cleaning business:

Person 1: HEY! My clothes got all torn when I got them back from your shop!

Anti-vaxxer: BUT TAKING THE BUS IS FASTER THAN TAKING THE TRAIN YOU MORON!

Person 1 cannot reply and everyone thinks he is a dummy. He did not get his refund.
