The story keeps escalating as they are finding that Biden was not in DC, often not even in the US or asleep when he allegedly "signed" executive orders.

The pardons in particular could be voided potentially as there is no proof of Biden signing them, being present or possibly not even being aware about them. There is no proof of approval or oversight for many. There are legal issues around authority and authenticity.

The president is supposed to be present when autopen was used in the past and it was predominately used for autographs, replicating letters and memos etc. The Biden admin went ham with it using it for constitutional duties.
