Twinks are masculine not only in appearance but also in behavior - they can eat you themselves. The manual I cited does not at all recommend getting involved with this form of homosexuality; the head of the government dealt with it. This is quite consistent with the historical realities that scientists and historians write about when describing male homosexuality. Effeminate femboys are popular with all sorts of liberal-democratic weaklings like LGBT people; they are easy to kill and eat. But the love for the graceful masculinity of slender teenage boys who have barely reached adulthood is traditionally associated either with militaristic organizations like the Spartans, samurai, knightly orders of Europe, etc. and is part of the education of a new generation of warriors. Or this is the orientation of aristocratic aesthetes, which is so well known that it has given rise to a stereotype reflected in art - the book I cited, Baron Harkonnen from Dune...
