Dumb fuckery will just mess up workplaces in a chaotic and pointless way though. This case was a contractor injured themselves moving a reasonable load (unless 10kg is too much for women?) and the biggest company got hit with the bill. The lefties also campaigned to remove all strength requirements from all jobs because they were sexist or something.
What we need is curbing CEO wages, and better wage increases / conditions for workers, though for both cases it should be connected to productivity. Also need to curb multinationals evading taxation and general price gouging that is occurring atm.
