Some of the San Francisco politicians were saying that it is racist to be moving out of the area. I assume these politicians are afraid of becoming like Oakland where whites are only 29% (higher if hispanics and some latinos are counted as white) of the population. Kamala is from Oakland.

That author's series My Amazing WeChat also seems promising where government endorsed mythical characters grant people magical powers through WeChat but only if they have correct think.

Found one better Prefectural Circle of Friends; the protagonists fights a android clone phone that has access to a WeChat group with all of the local leading communist party members and as a result he gains massive guanxi powers.

Thanks, I spent at least 8 hours on it total. Probably more. Started it in March.
Pixel-by-pixel drawing is tough, especially when the eyes look just slightly wrong or your dithering pattern won't mesh up properly with another one. I have 51 revisions of this picture.
