I grind staff prof (from 350-ish) by doing Leg IW on hell, yes I smack those monsters all over 85 IW rounds using a staff, got 2 juggernaut on my phase cap after 4-7 reset (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
some might say It's inefficient on stamina, but looking at my never below 75 stamina I think getting some IW done at the process is better than stamina efficiency here.

i would've kept it anyways, even if it would've meant to end at Jug4. 2% HP more isn't worth the shitload of shards you'll presumably have to sink again. but your call.

3 different potencies at iw3...jug4 is literally a dream (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

On my cursed helmet I got Jug4 miraculously...only because the 3rd potency popped up at 7, and I got lucky with the jug4 at the end:

Jug 2 Holy 1
Jug 2 Holy 2
Jug 3 Holy 2
Jug 3 Holy 3
Jug 3 Holy 3 Elec 1
Jug 3 Holy 4 Elec 1
Jug 3 Holy 5 Elec 1
Jug 4 Holy 5 Elec 1

Other cases with 3 potencies at the start:

Old helmet, got Jug 1 Cap 1 Cold 2, finished Jug 2 Cap 4 Cold 4
Old gauntlets got Jug 1 and other 2 potencies (I don't remember), finished Jug 2
Armor, got Jug 1 Elec 1 Holy 2, finished Jug 3 Elec 2 Holy 5
Leggings got Jug 1 Dark 3, finished Jug 4 Dark 4 Holy 2 (Holy last 2 potencies (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif))
Boots Jug 3 Fire 1, Jug 5 Fire 3 at IW8

Jug 4/5 is way easier if the starting potencies are 1 or 2.
With 3 different ones all along, you'll probably get Jug 3 at most, more probably Jug 2 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

I should have kept up with all I've gotten.

I should have kept the capacitors. Those are coming up a lot first out the gate.
