Yeah, I can almost feel the same (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
In the last 2 months I got only 5 rare tier legs: 1 crappy force shield (salvaged), 2 shades (bazaared) and 2 crappy power (50k).

I have had 5 rare-tiers within the past ~6 months, maybe you just get ~3 times more Legendaries than I do (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

Also I wonder if it's just me, but the amount of Legendaries from Random Encounters has dropped a lot in the past ~3 months or so even though I do pretty much the same amount of REs and arenas as before. You can see it from my Legendary Drops Log too. Stealth nerf for RE drops? (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

By the way, rare-tier drops are in green in the drop log. You can see a distinct lack of green in the last third of the list (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)
