personally i'd forge a bit of ACC. let's say 10 levels, just to reach 91 Offhand or so. then...uh 10~15 Crit? depending on the effect on the build. and just because Isaacs are cheap.
but yep, probably i'd keep STR at 5 too.

ACC to 50, bindings are cheap and you can reach 92-93% offhand with half a million worth of metals or so.
Crit only if you drop bindings, with fully forging you'll barely get 2% value more on the weapon, and since it's calculated multiplicatively, that 2% compared to the crit ability and the crit chance given by attributes would give something like 0,5% more crit chance (20-25 adb?). I'm not sure it's worth it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
STR to leave at 5 without a doubt, fully forging it would give even less (around 15-20 adb)
WD is the fourth worst choice...with 26 forge levels (5->31) he got from 1007 to 1251 (for my lv): 3m of bindings for 200 effective adb...nope. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
