I just noticed: I've got Int and wis 1000+

i don't think they exist. or at least not metal-prefixed ones. luckily i won't have to see a level on such a thing.

Oh right, some qualities didn't exist.
Whatever, one with good rolls, 5-6 pabs and forged to 50 should have 30-35% block and 500~ MDB.
The 1h ability would give you around 10 more block.
Let's say that maging with 40~45 block chance and a mdb boost from the shield equal to the radiant prefix on all 5 phases...would be somewhat good, don't you think?

Paired with 5 radiant gear would be like maging normally with good phase gear, an unmatching non destruction staff (but fully forged though) and way more parry and block than normal mage (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

told you that ranges were all fucked up. 0.82 patches introduced a bit of sense in all ranges. now an Exq item is bounded between Emin and Emax. previously a Leg may have had S-grade stats.
