I wouldn't say he's a regular.
I checked that thread a bit and it would seem Basara only bough a few items on different occasions recently, mostly protection bindings.

I finally get through my backlog, abandon tokenizer III, and saved enough to buy all ten. And I just got there today.

There's no way... it would be political suicide to buy those now, and political suicide with some on that list that I depend on. And even if those guys said "Hey.. all good. Do what you need to do.", I still couldn't do it. It has the feel of tapping a friend's ex-girlfriend. It just wouldn't be politically acceptable.

And I'm mainstream. That means others will turn and walk the other way as well.
