Never happened to me. But one time I got three tokens at once (clear bonus + 2 drops).

I have a question about this, I recently tried IWing this leg. helmet of slaughter and got about 1100 points for unlocking potential in IWBTH isn't that too low?
Also since I'm new to IW my guess is that only capacitor and juggernaut are desirable as potencies, right?

Formula for potency exp is Challenge Level x Rounds, for your equipment on IWBTH you should get ~1328, maximum is 1600 for 100 rounds item (high potency leg or peerless) or 3200 if soulfused

Also since I'm new to IW my guess is that only capacitor and juggernaut are desirable as potencies, right?

Capacitor is almost useless for high lvl melee so jug is the only potency you should care

The difference is that your Helmet is not Soulbound. Item World PXP gain doubles for Soulbound gear (speeds up the IW process, but you won't be able to use reforge/forge/IW services or sell it anymore). PFUDOR and IWBTH give the same PXP modifier for IW, so doing PFUDOR runs gives no gains (other than better drops).

For the potencies, Juggernaut is by far the most desireable for all classes, Capacitor is not that critical for non-mage builds. Personally I would be happy with just Juggernaut 5, but getting some Capacitor, Fireproof or Holyproof with it is a bonus. Fireproof is good because of Dragons and Holyproof because of Celestials. Some players don't even bother going for max potency tier if they get Jug5 early on.

Thank you guys, I should have read more, I just noticed the calculations are there (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) , I did know about the soulfuse state gains double pxp, but I thought people didn't like to do so in case they wanted to sell them, so I thought in ppp82p that wasn't the case
