It slows down significantly (at your level the spirit damage in the last rounds will be pretty damn high).
The only time I did it it was something like:
30m - little less than 300 rounds
1h - ~500 rounds
~2h20m - full PFfest

I could have probably been a bit faster had I started using Full-Cure instead of Cure earlier (with a bit of luck maybe I can reach 2h, but it's still too much time for what is worth).

Doing with a mage it's really an accomplishment (ok, max level, full charged, scroll spam can help, but it's still hard) so 'grats Aria, very well done (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
