Did my 339th Ability Point. No wonder I never have any credits.

Got a new shield.
Block: 58.9% --> 61.8%
HP: 26387 --> 27780

Finally over 60% block, ~62% block and STR/DEX/END PAB is what I was aiming for when looking for a new shield. Force Shield is probably the way to go for 1H, but I have a thing for Bucklers (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
I bought back my old Buckler after salvaging because it has sentimental value as one of my first drops, cost me 82655 credits to get it back... Oh well, at least my Legendary Drops Log stays complete with working equipment links.

Speaking of Legendary drops, I haven't had one for few days even though I have been grinding a decent amount. Maybe the next one will at least be rare tier armor since I haven't had those for a long time (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

Where do you need so many Ability Points? I guess you must be a mage. My Ability Boost training is only 60 and I still have 15 Ability Points left, also 18 Mastery Points unused and one empty Major Ability Slot.

Did you level your monster completely from your own Crystal drops? If you did, do you have Crystarium perks? I don't even consider grinding hundreds of thousands of Crystals, it's more time efficient to buy them. In daily battles I get around 200-300 Crystals of each kind, it would take years to level up monsters at that rate.

I started seeing my monster in battles at around 1080 PL (don't tell the big monster trainers (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)). The monsters you see really often seem to be 1500+ PL. I would like to get my monster there one day, but it is extremely expensive. My monster is ~1300 PL now, but to get it up to 1500 PL would cost about as much as it cost until now, ~7-10M+.

I just realized a while ago when looking at the [hvlist.niblseed.com] Monster List that Youshi was actually pretty significant monster trainer. When I was writing about removing monsters in Ponyverse chat, I was mainly thinking of the "YoushiXXX" monsters, I didn't realize that he trained monsters like I Am The Justice too. Maybe that's why they weren't deleted like some other monsters, at least yet. In any case I still think that "ghost" monsters from banned players should be removed.

Yes, I only used my own crystal drops.
I have Crystarium III, which is the last Crys perk I can probably justify (from IV onward it's for heavy grinders only).

For time efficiency it also depends on what you're playing, a good mage can probably do hellfest or similar and gain a lot of crystals.
For 1H it's a lot more difficult and not worth the effort, I think.

Forged my new toy to 40
With this (rapier of slaughter + waki of nimble) I reach 87,1% parry chance (8100 adb), 89,2% with rapier of nimble in mainhand (7700 adb).
Leveled up Forge to Lv 31, so I forged my shield to Block Lv 40.
Now I have 63,2% Total Block Chance + 56,2% Parry Chance with 1H set (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
