To be fair and still speaking in offtop-stream, here in Russia we have only four major companies that provide mobile communication and network access. Here and there, in different locales and regions you can find a few minor companies. Overly Internet in my country is not bad in western part and mediocre in eastern region. I live near Moscow, so have no claims about ISP's quality or service. A little expensive, I guess, but speed and technology fully satisfy me. =)

We are similar levels, and we got same number of legendaries too (30ish).

Out of my 63 Legendaries only one has been worth something (the Power Slaughter Helmet I'm using now). Rest of them are either salvage materials or worth <500k. At least hoping for really good drops isn't very time efficient, I haven't had one for over half a year. However, I think many players still dream of that one good drop that will make them rich, Snowflake is a cunning god.
