I reset my abilities a long time ago too because I wanted back the Mastery Points invested in Drain Augment Ability Slot. In the end it doesn't really matter, at the moment I have 18 unused Mastery Points and I'm not using another 3 Mastery Points worth of slots, so in total I have 21 unused Mastery Points.
Pretty useless points for 1H playing style. Maybe if I got more Deprecating proficiency (at the moment ~55) I would use deprecating spells for fun once in a while and need Ability and Mastery points for those.

My Boots are still not Soulbound (level 373) and no IW on them, maybe one day I'll find useful Boots so I can replace the current ones.

For me Juggernaut seems to reduce amount of Cures and Sparks, especially in PFUDOR IW and Grindfest. You are right about Arenas though, they are much easier.
