Too much useless Butcher

Rapiers do not need butcher, because they are design for PA, not for pure damage, do I understand it right? =)

Did you know you can press the Quote button in the down right corner of messages to reply directly to said message too, or use the +Quote to reply to multiple messages (activate it for the messages you want to reply to and then press New Reply)? It has the benefit of automatically giving a link to the reply, so other people know who you are quoting. Rapiers do benefit from Butcher in most cases. However, I'm planning to use the Rapier for DW off hand, which has reduced damage bonus. In that case Fatality is more desireable potency (after Overpower).

The reduction is very low anyway, only 20%.
And in the end, both normal and offhand hit depends on total base adb, the offhand is just a second hit with 50% power, it's not like if you equip a 1% condition crude item as offhand the offhand hit would do 1 damage...so butcher is quite nice on offhand too.
It's a 0,8 butcher, but still something xD.

I'd call Butcher on offhands a nice assurance against Swift Strike Surprises.

Obviously Fatality 5 Overpower 4 (or the other way around) would've been better but...
This means that each butcher you get on offhand, is a Butcher not needed in the mainhand.
For example if you get Op 5 Fat 2 But 2 on that rapier, But 3 on mainhand is enough to get almost the same adb (0,04% less), and you can get more than Fat 4 and maybe an Op 1 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
On DW what is important is the total of the two weapons (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
(for Niten too, but in that case you need much more Overpower than everything else, since you can't proc PA)

On 1H or 2H, on the other hand, you aim for more perfect combination since you have only those.
