Warding stuff on shops and auctions have better rolls because no one want them, and pmi give you much more defence. Now I see why you have to use SV (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

it's clear. i was saying this multiple times when everyone said Protection was the best around. but at a certain point you will have enough MMI anyways and will want to boots your ADB for faster clears. more turns means also more time for mobs to charge their MP/SP bars

the question is another: why do you have to resort to SV at your level? i have 7230 ADB and i don't have to cure very often, even when mobs are more than 7. and it's not like i'm known for having outstanding gears. that is, unless i am the first to underestimate them (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

The numbers where examples, since in late IW the monsters are randomly 7, 8 or 9 (8, 9, 10 if with a boss).
Normally I don't even activate SV.
Arenas? Nope, too easy.
RE? Even easier.
RoB? Nah.

Ah, and just to clarify, even when I was 4 protection+1 warding I was using certain spells at the same time than I do now with 5 warding.
And I still think that most protection stuff suck...unless it's plate. But plate is ok until lv 200, not 350.

Anyway, try out the rapier of nimble thing...to see if the counters occur like mine.
Maybe we will discover something lol.

Mmmmm...let's pick something I saw around (sorry nobodyxxx (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif))...this.
Parry forged to lv 28...~20% parry.

That is quite low.
Check mine.
At my level it has 30% parry, yours with a bit more forging could reach 40%.
My base parry is 44%, so the difference between the two rapiers would be 10% * 56% = 5.6%.
Rapier of slaughters have ~30% more damage, so the difference, with my forging, would be a loss of 450-500 damage, slightly more than 5% of my base damage.

Not a good trade in my opinion.

I guess the numbers don't lie though, it should even out sooner or later. Actually I shrined 42 Artifacts (2 batches of 21) that day, got total of 5 ED from them, better than 0, but not even close to 20%.

Epion Logii, you *may* consider (up to) half of the PABs you earn like missing EDs. but to reach that goal, you have to shrine an endless amount of artifacts (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Oh right, didn't consider that. I probably should have remembered it since PABs are the main reason I'm shrining Artifacts. Any Energy Drinks I get are just a way to trade for more Artifacts.

Just hit an all time high of 8m credits!!!

Ping time has dropped dramatically, did all 3 SG arenas (normal) plus The Trio and the Tree (PFUDOR) in an hour 10 mins.

Mmmmm...we'll see the day I'll reach lv 424 and forge 44 parry lol.
For now I only know that mine (does this remember you something? xD) has 7.83 more base parry with 13 less forge levels.
Anyway, I'd say that's not bad for a secondary set, since its main function is DW offhand (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)


By the way, dropped ED from 1 artifact.
