agree. taking a dump is good for your health. someone feel good also with 2/day. i guess 3 is too much for everyone.
also, once a female friend of mine told me that the backdoor way felt like the opposite of taking a dump. but she also wondered why we males always thought about recieving without giving similar things, so i guess she was a bit feminist.
