Well, that may be true in theory but it does not apply in practice.
Since I started to play on PFUDOR, I no longer have to worry about proficiency.

Lost a bid war in auction today, so I decided to waste some credits elsewhere. I also noticed that [hvlist.niblseed.com] Wannaf upgraded some of his monsters, I was wondering where all the BxxBxx named monsters suddenly came from in my battles. I guess I should aim for 1100+ PL to actually get my monster in battles (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Seems like my monster was scanned about two weeks ago for the first time too.
