Wouldn't have been better to go full phase before?
You would have kept 0.69 prof factor with ~60 EDB more (still worse than you current setup but maybe better than 1 prof factor?).

And do high level elem mage have mana problems? (since you kept eco 2).

I'm trying to play without economizer and can barely sustain the mana level in long battles like GF without frequent gems\riddlemasters even with aether shards. I've started to use elixirs which were needlessly piling up when I had eco 5. Plus, it's more stressful, you have to watch your mana more closely and gulp down potions almost as soon as their cooldown ends.
Granted, my gear is nowhere near as good, so maybe it's different when you have a much higher magic score. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
