Reached level 400 and did my first post-game content arena. But I died to bosses in last round. it seems I can't get away with using unupgraded schoolgirl arena elec mage built with natural drops anymore. I wonder what's the bare minimum defense required to survive those insane attacks of last bosses as well as survive non SG arena consistently without elixir/scroll spam.

Try debuffing them with everything. Weaken, Silence, Magnet, Slow. But yeah, unless you're very lucky natural drops without upgrades will make suffer and waste expensive items. To put it in perspective with good holy set I don't use elixirs and only have to use scrolls on second half of SPL (lvl 500 arena), but even that scroll usage can be substituted with weaken.

Two accomplishments in one day: I finally got Daemon Duality 1, and I now have one of each of the thirteen types of monster in the lab.
Now to figure out what to grind for after this...

Still trying to put together a mage build that actually works. But I can never make up my mind, so i have one persona for each of the mage archetypes just in casesies

Reached PFUDOR difficulty in arenas in Isekai. Received nothing for the trouble though : ).

Looks like you died once in the early floors of the Tower this season and have now caught back up to the frontier where everyone is tied for 1st place. You're allowed to die once and catch up, if you don't die again.

I died naked in Tower Floor 2 this season, same as last season. Worse yet, this season I ran naked into Tower Floor 2 after forgetting to pump up my stats, which is a huge difference that early. I still came just barely short of clearing it.

You can do everything in isekai at PFUDOR from the moment you are born. However it will waste tons of resources. So I think most people start out at PFUDOR, then have to drop down to lower difficulties, and eventually get back to PFUDOR again.

When you are extremely low level there are numerous base level starting points in all the formulas for this game, so you are quite strong below level 50 or so.

Precisely, died once on the first day. And according to my understanding, PFUDOR until level 20 which is when player monsters begin to appear then drop down to nintendo/IWBTH and return back to PFUDOR when you feel comfortable. Although this is my first Isekai so nothing I say should be taken seriously.

I did IWBTH from the beginning until level 200 and after that PFUDOR forever.

I don't know how to die on first levels of the tower since it is not affected by the difficulty all you need to do is don't forget to use the resources (Attributes, Gear, Skills and put potions on item inventory).

Heh that was in Persistent, got about 18 Tokens of Blood in Isekai just today : ). And about dying, well this is my first Isekai, overshot the beginning a bit in terms of difficulty and stamina management but I am quite alright now, cruising through PFUDOR at level 276.

Ran out of Energy Cells. Bought another 500.

Started playing PFUDOR in arena since I hit level 250 in Isekai. Makes me hopeful that I will be able to do the level 300 arena when I get that far.

Still stuck doing IWBTH in item world though. Even then it is far too close for my comfort.

Finally replaced my old superior wakizashi with a legendary rapier. Weapon upgrade was long overdue. Sadly, item links failed for whatever reason.

My 1H weapons are kind of janky so far this isekai season, but are still working good for me so far. Eventually I hope to replace with a rapier of some kind.

In every season of isekai since the first, I've got only Holy Strike and Dark Strike on all my item worlds. Apparently my power works on weapons besides rapiers. I've also continued to get Juggernaut on every armor since discovering the powers of He-Man a couple seasons ago.
