Congrats on reaching the 30 milestone. You see, while persistent reaches greater heights regarding leveling speed with all the stars and awards and trainings boosting exp, without anything you can probably level up faster on isekai than persistent just by playing some tower. There's also the halved HP of the later boss arenas to consider, making you move faster through content so no need to be discouraged. Like you said it's probably easier to get some gear there and if your persistent character(s) is/are suffering gearing up then you could always try to bring some gear from isekai, just gotta get the soul fragments which may be costly but better that than waiting forever in persistent for equips that just don't appear in auctions or won't even drop at all.
In any case good approach, don't burn out with chores (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Thanks, yeah I remembered Tower clears give bonus exp permanently, so it should be a bit easier.

Previously I played up to 40 floor and I don't recommend it. It might look like a middleground between 30 and 50, but it's not that easier than 50 and you don't get peerless voucher while 30 takes 1/3 of the effort compared to 40 and can basically cover early bird bonus (first week double equip drop). 50 also can be much easier if you upgrade and use scrolls, can take around a month.

Mmhmm, I was worried about that, The benefit is a single perm stat boost and an extra temp damage boost (3% vs 4%...lol) for the next season for all that extra work. Probably won't get extra credits since I'd need to upgrade gear more too. Might just stick to floor 30 clears till I'm ready for 50.

Edit Sep 19th: First sub 30 A Dance with Dragons and got a Legendary drop, nice rng today lol.

I just tend to collect them for no particular reason as you can see from my Legendary Drops Log and Peerless Drops Log. Almost all of them are still unsalvaged except for the few pieces I have sold and that have been later salvaged by the new owner. Not a problem hoarding them with my drop rates and amount of playing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

Whatever, will still be a massive upgrade until I save up to reroll it, especially with upgrades. Last weapon was Mag and had 4 Butcher, 3.

It is ready-ish. I think the accuracy boost is even more noticeable than the straight damage boost. My attacks rarely miss, the bars dropping while damaging enemies seems pretty robotic now, lol. 167.1% to 172.1% feels like a big jump. 45% to 50% parry isn't bad either. Still a ways away from my 25 minute A Dance with Dragons run goal though, guess I'll need a few more Legendaries for that. It did cut almost 2 minutes off my first run and I even forgot to use a featherweight shard.

Reached level 400 in isekai. Tower level 77, still technically on pace but already concerning since i dont know how much harder it is going to get.
Also completely missed a festival. Just like all the previous ones.

Finally got to floor 100 on isekai for the first time. A bit of a crappy connection around the middle rounds and certain things could've been better but it was a relatively clean run so I'm satisfied. Not particularly fond of being chained for so many different days to isekai so this is probably the only time I go so far, but at least got the achievement out of the way. Also wasn't planning on using that weapon for long but couldn't find a replacement at all in auctions, isekai trade or bazaar until an elemental legendary one popped up on bazaar when I was at floor 87, and the prospect of doing IW10 again on top of needing Featherweight Shards seemed yucky and gross so it ended up like this.

Like I was talking with Basara earlier, can't be sure what has transpired during all these past isekai seasons regarding 2H and different players, but now we know for sure it can make the full climb from zero to hero. And now I can change the wording of that sentence from the earlier page from "confident of the possibility" to "can for sure".

Oh yeah about status of the tower, went under rank 100 at floor 73, there were about 5 people in the 80s, another 5 or so in the 90s of which 1 was at 98 and another 2 at 97. Rank went from 77th to 33rd when going from floor 99 to 100 so depending on what quitetanky above has seen (good luck btw) regarding numbers we can probably guess how many are gonna make it to the end assuming they didn't quit earlier and what I saw aren't merely the corpses of burned out players.

Wanna quit isekai already but just got to level 400 too so PGC is finally open and the second voucher seems within reach so hopefully it's possible to collect enough trophies for it before the season ends. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Slight upgrade get from random battle, didn't expect that. Will need to roll some Juggernaut on it though or I'll be losing a bit of health. Sure woulda been nice if it was a Legendary lol. At least got in just in time to test it out in my runs.

Won't bother soulbinding obviously since I have the higher levels ones waiting and will hopefully find something better. Thanks to the 3 enhanced attributes, even my accuracy improved so not too shabby. Only 1 Exquisite left to get rid of, and I have a pretty good Mag helmet at 366.

Edit: 25:17 A Dance with Dragons and did the three usual in 55 minutes (2-3 minutes saved), nice. The run times are fast enough now that it kinda feels like the daily profits are worth the effort. Depositing most of what I make into the market as my piggy bank so I don't spend it on training and shit, lol.

And Ponyslayer acquired, I think that was the final real milestone for me! I'm not serious enough to go for some peerless magic build and do prof grind, and 1H is steady but slow, took about an hour and felt like a real grind. So I guess this was it, beyond occasional events and such. What a long strange trip it's been!

To all new players still on their quests, may your drop tables be lucky and pets generous.

The first time I don't speed run A Dance with Dragons with full focus and it's my fastest run and first time sub 25, rip. I have no idea why my runs were so much faster today, never seen an improvement like that without upgrades. Wasn't even proficiency hitting a new milestone, was there some damage buff today or something? I woulda been sub 24 if I didn't stop to take medicine mid run lol. Maybe I just had shit luck yesterday and my previous improvements were better than I thought. Welp, onto sub 20 min goal.
