A month ago I saw another player who owned some legendary rapiers, one of which seems great and I wanted to buy it. I assumed he is aiming to sell it, the rapier is 250s and his level is 350s, and he went to ask for a price estimate in the forums. So I went ahead and send him PM + MM asking if he's willing to sell it to me + his price tag. Through MM I can see that he read the mails, but he didn't reply.

Goals that rely directly on others are always harder. Maybe if he give a short reply that he's not selling it, and better yet explain the reason, I won't be so down about it. Or is it rude if I reach out to him directly unsolicited / before he set up a WTS? I mean someone did that to me before so I thought that was normal.

I think sending messages like that is indeed normal and not a problem at all. I guess unsolicited offers are only bad when they are scam-tier like dropping a Peerless slot appropriate mage equip and getting an offer for 100k credits or something like that. You probably ran into someone who is busy, decided to research further before replying or was about to go to bed and merely skimmed your message to see what it was about. In any case can't really force someone to reply asap or sell or not sell something so your only option is to wait a bit for a reply and look for other options in the meantime.

I fight Two Kotonoha Katsura on Hentaiverse today. And tonight is Christmas Eve.... This reminds me of the scene in School Days when Kotonoha already prepared a Luxurious Suite Hotel to spend Christmas Night with Makoto ☃️🎄🎁 But that Bastard spend his time with Sekai instead even though he is still dating Kotonoha at that time 😢 So yeah..... That bastard deserves to be killed in the end. I still feel bad about Kotonoha, though....

I expected as much. Well, I have waited for 1 week for the 1st email, and a month for the 2nd email. Would it be rude to send another mail and ask them again? The rapier is still in their possession, so maybe they're still open to selling it?

Offer enough to get their attention. If they think you're gonna lowball, they won't bother to respond.

Start shrining noodlies for 1H. The chance to get a peerless matching staff is very low, but the chance to get any legendary rapier of your level is not too bad.
