After roughly 9 months of having bad, defective internet everything has been perfect for the last couple weeks. So now I know the problems were not a dying router after all, but my ISP was throttling me. (My internet had always worked fine if I disconnected my router. I called and demanded they change my IP but was denied). I guess I should file an official complaint with the FCC and ask for a $400 refund.

After my internet was fixed, my turns/second increased from around 2.2 back to what it was before the problems. I benchmarked it at 2.467 a week ago. (I did three arenas and all came back 2.467 exactly, followed by a few that finally had some variance).

Then my new PC arrived and my turns/second increased further, pretty much as expected. I had an idea what it would go to because I occasionally did play this game on a decent computer a few times before. Doing the first eight available arenas at level 399 my turns/second were:

I play slower than a normal person and hardcast buffs at the start of arenas (mana saving strategy) so I estimate that I'm around 2.8~3.0 t/s with this connection. I haven't tried yet, but I'll probably reach 3.0 t/s on schoolgirl arenas.

My new PC is top of the line (and I have the biggest 4K TV that I could carry by myself as my new main monitor) but I don't think the speeds for HV are any better than a typical computer. It should limit out; the one I had been using was just really below spec. Chrome did increase my t/s a bit on all previous computers tested, but not on this one. This PC is way overkill so it makes sense the browser can't matter anymore.

I'll switch back to my previous, faster ISP this year, which used to give me about 0.3 t/s faster, so I'll probably be quite respectably up there in t/s after that.

Cleared all arenas using only melee. I think this is the first time i do that since patch .86

That's a big increase, time to become a level 400+ now.

Cleared all arenas using only melee. I think this is the first time i do that since patch .86

I haven't seen melee times for other non-SG arenas since forever, this has been a good reference.

Activated dd2 and dd3. Because of our current situation being so... unstable, and nobody knowing how the game will look in a year or so, I figured it's one way to make sure to have something relevant.

Now I'm poor. But better that, than having everything just lie around without a purpose.

Oh dear Capacitor doesn't work well for Dark Mages? I can't bring myself to reforge it, just getting Juggernaut was such a pain.

It just doesn't really do much for anyone unless you're chugging elixirs.

50th unlock, 100th total monster (2x monsters by way of the first gold star). Still have a ways to go before I max it out with all 200..

lv.483, roughly 50% progress to lv.500. Should arrive in August if I keep daily arena, but somewhat hope not so.
Also roughly 50% progress to unlock all monsters and 50% progress to collect all Ponies, but they should take me more than one years in same case. As the game and real world change fast doubt if I really can finsh them
