Lag was the only thing that was sure to kill me in the past, that is until I started using Monsterbation™ (actually until I enabled the hover function) but give it a try and your death problems might go away.

You actually lost dps. While counters and elemental strikes don't crit, their impact on overall damage is generally so low, that's probably not enough to make up for it.

Not like it really matters. However, it's definitely an impressive amount of money used for... well. Peerless pride? Something like that.

When I had the same level as your current one, I just dreamed of having some helpful Peerless. At that time I was still acquiring good Legendary Balance and Protection, most Level 500, which I would only use when I could make soulfuse (at Level 400). Having a complete Peerless set was just a very distant dream. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Today, almost 5 years later, I became a Peerless collector. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Oh, and someday I'll have DD9, after all it's the only way to increase power at high levels.

I just reached level 292

Did my first PF arenas and random encounters as a mage, and also managed to die. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif) I was casting imperil and didn't notice spark, so I kept casting imperil instead of healing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)

Mage damage really surprised me, but the enemies are hurting a lot more too - even the school girls can hurt enough to spark me (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) It will take some time to get used to paying attention to hp and drinking mana pots. I bet this death won't be the last.
