Since i found a way to survive at low speed. Long road, but going there.
For bleed, the slower the better, but defense would be a problem.To understand what i mean, you need to know about mechanism of speed.

he recently bought a Peerless Force Shield at bazaar. but it doesn't have END (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

this is definetly not normal -.- 12 amnesia shards wasted now and not even 1 Juggernaut appeared yet -.- thats a lot of money for nothing

I know right, I'm still waiting for more Amnesias to reforge my Wakizashi. I have only had one Amnesia drop in the past ~2 weeks, at this rate it will be months before I have even a chance at it again, not to mention that I probably need many more to get Overpower 5. The price of Amnesias has gone way up too, just few weeks ago I was getting them for ~15k and ~16k from Item Shop Bot and WTB, but now they are up to 25k. I feel like Amnesias are becoming the next Energy Drinks (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

I haven't been putting much into it for a while, but I finally got my first weapon (my main, a basic legendary etheral axe) above 100 base damage with lvl 32 forging, which turns into 2371 full at my level and just above 8000 base damage total (1H). It's modest compared to most of you but still a nice little milestone to me, and probably the last round number I'll see for a good while barring extreme luck. Getting to 9000 overall damage would require a lot of forging, I can't manage it with my weapon alone giving my forge level (I can only go up to 70) and I don't have good enough armor to make it worth sinking slaughter upgrades into.

So I'll savour this one for now, and I'm glad I've taken a few screenshots as I went along over the years. Kind of fun to look back at when I was just getting into weapons after the magic change and was only doing a tiny fraction of this with 2H or even DW.

dont forget that he is using a Axe instead of Rapier for 1H set, which is less useful even with 10k damage

Yep this really. Raw damage is only really significant for OFC, for truly efficient clearing armor piercing is key (imperil is a poor man's substitute). Merely stacking up raw damage is far from optimal in this game particularly for 1H, it's more of a product of working with what I've got. Good rapiers have always been very expensive at auction/in shops for precisely the above reason, and I've had a sort of meandering path through HV without the focus to really go for the truly high end stuff! I have typically awful American internet too so I can't do H@H or the like. I'm maybe one step above total casual, but I've had some fun with it.

Naw, not that big a deal see above, now if I was using a rapier it'd be more impressive! All I've got though is a Leg Axe and Force Shield, 2x pieces of mag power armor of slaughter (helmet/body), and 3x exquisite power armor of slaughter. And I haven't upgraded damage on my armor at all beyond the 5 levels you can have for free. If I was rich enough for that (I mainly just depend on my small stable of hard working monsters) it'd add on another 2k or so, except that I'd get a top end rapier first so it'd end up something of a wash (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif).

If you guys want to see impressive you have to go look at those crazy 400+ers with their Æsahættr-pumped Peerless Godly Estocs of Total Annihilation or whatever it is they're packing this week (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif).

Anyway, I'm too trying to IW, in particular this shortsword, I'm curious about the difference between rapier and shortsword, and since I have fire strike on the rapier it could lead to interesting comparison.
I just hope I don't get another swift fucking strike in it (I'm ok with Overpower, if I get Fatality as third it would be ideal).

Mission accomplished, butcher 5, overpower 1 and fatality 1.
Hope for fatality 3 but will be happy regardless given that I needed only 3 shards and during the IW runs I got 2 EDs (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

I almost hit 10k overall damage w/ one-handed but that is with heavy forging w/ slaugther gear (everything is legendary) except w/ boots (still looking for a good one) so you don't neccessary need peerless to reach it.

Nah, the only way anyone is getting leg slaughter now is bidwarring at auctions. The last time some ninjafucker jumped in at 1 minute to closing and my (American, mind you) Internet died for a good 30 mins, so I couldn't even counter bid in response.

The next bidwar I get into, I intend it to be my last. That's gonna be for peerless power slaughter. Bidding is bad for your mental health.....
