Died 3 times in 2 days. Somehow hard monsters O.O

Just changed the off-hand weapon in my DW Light build, from this Legendary Ethereal Club of Balance to this Legendary Ethereal Wakizashi of the Nimble.

Boys, it was astounding how Pfudor arenas have become easy with 80.4% parry chance ! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Somewhat slower too, though.

The small reduction in attack damage and crit chance seem to be noticeable ... gotta keep forging and IWing (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

All my monsters are now lv 750 or higher

And 570 prof! The next goal is 580 prof(894 prof in total), which will reduce spell mitigation by 75% (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

My first monster half-chaosed. If only it was the half-way point to being done (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

I still haven't pushed my levels. I've been sitting around 350 for... a year?

You could try with a waki of balance.

Or you could swap to a better DW build, specifically Club of Slaughter + Rapier of Balance.
May not be as defensive as Rapier + Waki, but it's definitely way faster.
Way less reliant on OP potencies, more base attack on both weapons, more Crit stats, etc.

Thanks for the advice, but in this case I am aiming for easyness (i.e. damage minimization) more then for swiftness; actually, I was already using Club+Rapier in the past and moved away from it.

After all, my main build is still 1H/Power. DW/Light is my third style, sticking to one style only is too boring to me (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

EDIT: What surprised me with this weapon change is that, when I was lower level (around 230-260 iirc) the Stun proc seemed to be quite more useful then the increased parry chance; but now it seems completely the opposite.
Experiencing this in a sudden change took me by surprise (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)

I spent days trying to IW my new equipment to get Jug 5 + any non-elec element 5. I did more than 200 IW runs and it ended up with Jug 5 + Fire 4 + Cold 1. (´・ω・)

This is the best result I got with the 200+ runs and I'm running out of Amnesia Shards again even though I have bought a lot since I started. I will stop here and maybe revisit in the future when I have time.

I think Jug 5 is fine.

There are some slight differences since the mitigation from different slots are applied multiplicatively not additively, so fire 5 is theoretically better than fire 1 + fire 4. But in practice the difference is probably unnoticeable. I just personally feel that having two level 5 potencies is cleaner (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mellow.gif)

Also I got Jug 5 Elec 5 and Jug 5 Dark 5 in my two other equipment fairly easily, so I was not expecting this one to be that hard.
