I have only got 1 Festival Coupon every day I played (don't clear all arenas, though).

I suspect the mentioned average of 3 includes clearing all Rings of Blood; ~2 might be the actual average for clearing all arenas.

This is most definitely the case. The rate is equivalent to the rate of Token of Blood from clear bonuses. While I don't track clear bonuses separately to regular drops, I do know someone who has provided this information already: Our Lord and Saviour sssss2, Father of the Holy Datasets. To save you a minute with a calculator, he's recorded a sum of 1.95 blood tokens from arenas on average, and a further 0.62 from the 4 RoBs he does (he told me once he doesn't think the lower ones are worth the time, despite having an abundance of tokens, though I do them religiously myself).

It's not 1/5th of the token rate exactly; from what I understand (and based on numbers I've seen in the past) that's a bit of a misunderstanding. I believe what Tenboro was referring to was in cases where the clear bonus token drop chance is 100%, the festival coupon would be 20%. This is in line with what I've seen of blood tokens; in cases where token chance hits 100%, the distribution seems to be ~20% blood tokens.

My data agrees with you that Konata's drop rate is roughly 50%. As for the other schoolgirls, it's a tiny bit higher - Yuki Nagato even just tips over into 0.6 for me.

FYI with the Festival Coupons. I have dropped 20 playing all arenas and FSM RoB every day.

The last one were I reported Arena clears and Monster drops separately is most relevant here.

I played all arenas and RoB FSM, every day, and I got this:

(IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) NO, and the worst thing would be to tell you that I am not playing this to its entirety as I did before, if I do the last challenge of the Arena, and I see that I do not get good results at the end of this, I leave the game and start doing something else , or some quick grinfest of 150 battles.

And still, I got 7 coupons.

Not the least, but tieing at first. I don't think we are first though, I saw some people really close to that even before the event ended, there may be posts of people with higher to follow

all arenas (except 3 I died on, forget that I'm not 1h anymore sometimes), I just used whatever tokens I gained that day on ROB's, wasn't able to get FSM every day, so only got 2 tokens (or 3, can't remember) from the entire week on RoB's.

Fascinating; it looks like you're probably right. The difference I was looking at before was small enough that I assumed it to be within the margin of error for the sample size, but that does make a pretty solid argument for it affecting Token of Blood too (albeit hardly noticeably for the vast majority of players).
