My elemental prof is finally equal to my level. 3+2 elec set now has 0.81 prof factor, but 4+1 only has 0.606 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Still need 25-30 points more and 4.5-5 mils in forging to go 4+1.

How can temperature affect your turns/second in this game? I imagined it's mostly affected by your internet connection, not your computer, unless it's a very slow one. And a very slow computer would probably not be overclocked or affected by heat issues.

I can understand why Binding of Cheetah is worth a lot, but I don't understand why Binding of Protection is about the same while Binding of Warding is nearly free.

Any equipment that can upgrade protection can also upgrade warding. Protection is more useful than warding for cloth and light armor, but I think only light armor is so invincible to magical attacks that it might not even bother to upgrade warding? (In other words, all mages should upgrade warding, right?)

As far as I know, light has better magic defense than cloth, but mages don't really give a shit about magic attacks: we go so fast that monsters are rarely able to do them at all. Some MP attacks get through, but they're not that common, and spirit shield absorbs a lot. Cloth and light users also have much better resist than heavy users.

Mages do need -every- protection against physical attacks to make it through late fests, though, which is one reason protections are so expensive.

I don't upgrade magic defense or resist past 5 on my cloth, and I fest a lot. Magic damage is not an issue for me at all.

I forgot i haven't prof perk (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif). Probably to get 4mils is quicker than to get 10-15 levels.

melees don't need to upgrade protection and warding that much. Most demand comes from mages. And mages have high resist chances. Magic damage is no big deal.
