In fact I have been doing this for over a year (or two (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) ), since the moment I realized that I would start earning less than 1 proficiency point at each level. In the beginning it was enough to skip 1 dawn. But that was progressively increasing, until level 498, when I had to skip 8 times (actually 7 were enough, but I skipped one more for security (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) ). And all this time using 1 or 2 Energy Drinks per day. Level 499 was an exception. I skipped only 3 times, but to compensate I used an average of 4 Energy Drinks per day. If I didn't skip any dawn all this time, my proficiency would certainly be much lower (maybe something close to 515), but I would have reached level 500 about 2 months earlier.

Is there a reliable way to farm Blood Tokens? I read that fights with at least 100 rounds are the best way but the lev 200 arena drops them too unreliably and lev 225 takes forever and only got me the other reward the one time I did it.

High chance for a Token drop.
Gives a 15~25% chance for a token drop. This chance increases for higher-level arenas (50~90% for 50+ round challenges).

There is an equal chance to get blood or chaos token. It's also a rare monster drop. Far rarer than arena clears. I'd do LV65 till LV225 arenas daily, but that's only because last 2 are not quick for me.

From my updates:
I increased my EXP from 13.748.150.405 to 14.813.441.219 between dawns!
That's 1.0652.290.814 EXP with 28,2 stamina used. Over 1B first time!
If I counted my goal of reaching 900M with 24 stamina, I got around 953.890.814 @23,6 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

My next goal is upgrading my EXP perks. Currently sitting at LV120 Adept Learner. I expect to max out training and hath perks in around 120d resulting in daily exp increase to 2,1B @24 stamina. Still a far cry from 10T required to reach lv 500 xD. I regret not participating in Yuletide Lotteries...

OMG just found a more reliable way to clear LV225 faster.

I just imperil the Legendary and keep hittng her with normal attacks, keeping most of the other mobs silenced. Up to 5 unsilenced mobs works for me. Previously I was trying to use as much special skills as possible on Legendary, but that required pretty much to dispose spirit stance. It's MUCH faster keeping the stance, imperil Legendary and hit it with normal attacks with seldom special attacks if my overcharge is high enough.
This reduced my LV225 time from 50:00 to 31:20!

Also I tried OFC first time (got it last dawn) and let me tell you... decimating all normal mobs, all boss mobs and nearly killing all imperiled Legendaries feels good (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Just play more. Maybe have a higher training in Scavenger can help a tiny bit.

You and those like you, y'all better stop pouring all those tickets in auctions; not only you end up disappointed, you also force all the other participants to use much more tickets just to have a still very tiny chance percentage (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Blame the dust collectors, not me. It's their fault I have to put that many tickets for things I need.

I put in 2k tickets hoping to snag a lottery ticket when it was at 5k tickets sold. I didn't realize this was an item people wanted. I was surprised the next morning it even went that high.

Actually, I don't know anyone besides 1-2 players other than me, who have an idea about equipment setups / playstyles to try with Shielding Plate of Warding. So basically, next to no one is interested in that kind of thing, besides collecting dust with it.

Meh. I can live with it. I only had an issue with the candies, really. But now I've also got an issue with those who think that I'm rich, a gallery/hath baron who vomits GP like if it was nothing. Because that was 1 month worth of self-generated, patiently saved up GP for me.

That was a huge pot for a Peerless Shielding Plate Helmet of Warding (I am aware of the argument that in such cases, the pot size is reflecting the cost of "buying" chaos tokens) but 5000 tickets is still a lot. I was so cheap that I declined to enter a 7000 ticket pot for Peerless Savage Power Helmet of Warding which only equates to a 2.45m pot. Then later I bought a Peerless Savage Power Panties of Warding for 3.6m, so I would have been better off gambling on the helmet.

Doesn't matter since I have a better helmet waiting to be soulfused now, but I still wouldn't have minded that helmet. If there's another one for auction someday I would bid on it.

As for the insult of caffeinated candies, I have this rationale: maybe chaos tokens were "meant" to be useless. Ea-Moon was talking about attempting to justify or prove the cost of chaos tokens recently. If you try to justify them according to how many tokens the lottery gives you per millions of credits in the pot, then chaos tokens are very expensive. But if you try to justify chaos tokens by how much credit returns your chaosed monsters give you, then in all likelihood they are almost worthless.

From that point of view, the caffeinated candy are worthless, the chaos tokens are even more worthless, and the golden lottery ticket is also worthless (in my opinion they have worth especially since I don't have one, but to players who play lotteries regularly and accumulate the golden lottery tickets they eventually become worthless, and understandably don't seem to do anything because for valuable items everyone uses golden lottery tickets, canceling each other out).

Golden lottery tickets are more like a "rich guys club" entrance fee to have permission to bid fairly on big ticket items. I'm not a member. (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)

Honestly, I think the lottery system as a whole sucks. It's there as a GP sink, and I guess it's kinda functional to that end, but it also means that all choices made regarding lottery design & reward models must be balanced around regulating peerless rarity.

And frankly, I don't like the way it generates good quality peerlesses only to end up in the hands of those who don't even play the game. But that's mostly just salt.

The lottery prizes are a lot better than before. It used to be one chaos token prize, soul fragments and blood tokens. Getting soul fragments was worse than not winning anything at all.
